Before you start
Disconnect the battery. Plan your grounds: sensor grounds and power grounds must return separately to the ECU, not to chassis at random points.
Tools
- Crimp tool for the supplied connector
- Multimeter
- Laptop with the FUP tuning software
Mounting
Mount the ECU in the cabin, away from heat and water. The case is splash‑resistant, not waterproof.
First power‑up
With injectors and coils unplugged, power the ECU and confirm it enumerates over USB before going further.
